Marcelo Ferreira was born and raised in Meier (May-ah), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  He is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Team Manager for the pharmaceutical company Ache (Ah-shay), and has been a partner with the Carly Stowell Foundation and Covington Rotary for 4 years. He helped start the social program “English for All” and is the English teacher at the Top Brother academy and oversees the program in Campo Grande.
