Topic – e-Library District Grant Project in Nepal Update
Sunil Khanal originally hails from Chitwan, Nepal where he spent his teenage years before migrating to the US for higher education in 1998. Sunil spent his early days in Omaha, Nebraska studying Computer Science and later moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico where he successfully ran multiple businesses while earning MBA from New Mexico Highlands University. Sunil finally settled in Seattle, Washington after working for Verizon in 2010. He currently works as the Solutions Consultant for citizen engagement catering to the SLED customers mainly focused around CCaaS, IAM solutions.. Sunil also holds the Certificate in Cyber Security and Risk Management from University of Washington and is currently pursing similar type of certification in Cyber Security from Rutgers University, New Jersey.
Sunil is very active in the local community. He served as the Planning Commissioner for City of Auburn, Washington from 2018-2022. He is current President at the Rotary Club of Auburn for the year 2021-2022. Sunil lives with his wife Pooja and daughter Saesha in Auburn, WA. Whenever he is not spending time with his family, work or the community, he explores the beautiful pacific northwest trails and the golf courses.
